I’m Sam, a local REALTOR® serving home buyers and sellers throughout Northwest Georgia, including Acworth, Woodstock, Marietta, Kennesaw, Dallas, Canton, and Cartersville. Since joining the JC Vina Group at Method Real Estate Advisors, I crushed over $5 million in sales in my first year, snagged the coveted "Rookie of the Year" award, and consistently rank in the top five for both volume and units sold—not just among rookies, but alongside the most seasoned and elite agents in the brokerage. I owe it all to the support I receive daily from Method: our top-tier admin team, my team lead, and teammates, my tenacious work ethic, and most importantly, the 'Big Man' upstairs.
